2 lbs of oxtail
2 cups cooked oxtail broth
1 clove of garlic
1 garlic powder
2 dashes of golden sauce
Pastry & spices
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons cooking juices or bacon shortening
1 tablespoon Greek seasoning
1 teaspoon of pepper
1 tablespoon of salt
1 salt and pepper

Trim excess fat and place oxtail in boiling water for 2-3 minutes to blanch.
Drain well on absorbent paper and coat with cornstarch.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper
Heat the oil in a heavy skillet and brown the oxtail on both sides, removing it when browned.
Discard excess fat.
Dice the bacon and fry for a few minutes.
Return the oxtail to the pot with the bacon, add the carrots, onion, garlic, tomatoes, bell pepper and hot water.
Cover and simmer gently for 3.5 to 4 hours or until the oxtail is almost tender.
